RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Once you receive your order, you have 7 days to contact us via the form on our 'Contact' page in the unlikely case that the jewelry is damaged on arrival. In this case, we will take it back and ALAMA's Maasai artisans will fix it for you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return postage and that we will refund the postage costs incurred on arrival of your order, but not the ones incurred on return. It is your duty to ensure the parcel is returned to us safely and in the condition you received it in. Because of the nature of ALAMA's sustainable concept, we do not do returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. It’s your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with your ALAMA jewelry, and that they fit you appropriately.
Please note that any customs and import duties that occur after the order reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely between each country.
